Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Renit. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You access Renit using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@renit.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the property details, photos, availability, and pricing they publish. Listings may be reviewed before they appear.
• Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when applying to a property.
• Renit provides a platform to connect tenants and owners. We are not a party to any rental agreement, tenancy, or transaction made between users.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate listings or information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, harm, or defraud others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as property photos and details). By uploading content, you grant Renit a limited licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

While we review listings to reduce fraud and improve trust, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listing, or the conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into any rental arrangement.

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any dealings between users. Renit is not responsible for disputes, agreements, or transactions between tenants and owners.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or Renit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
